		<description>1. Mersul la sala ajuta sa-ti formezi muschii, nu sa slabesti. Vrei sa slabesti, apuca-te de alergat.

2. Moaaaa ce tari erau HC-urile. Am avut si eu unul. I-am dedicat un post pe blog.</description>

		<description>Stiu Mara, de 2 saptamani sunt si la regim alimentar, doar salate, carne de pui fiarta, iaurturi si chestii si e ok acum. Nu am ditamai burtoiul dar calea catre un abdomen perfect este una lunga si anevoioasa. Bere nu beau, nici sucuri nu mai beau de cateva luni bune. Mai e pana la vara oricum, mersi pentru sfaturi.</description>
